For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Delhi. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Delhi will hold a Public Hearing on March 18, 2025 at 6:15 PM at the E-Center located at 5 ½ Main Street, Delhi, NY regarding renewal of the cable television franchise agreement by and between the village of Delhi and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office, 9 Court Street, Delhi, NY. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
